What is 'Anapanasati' Meditation?

‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’
‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’
‘Sati’ means ‘Be With’

Meditation means Observation of Natural Breath

How to Meditate ?

Meditation is very very easy…
The practice of Meditation is very simple and straight forward

  1.  Sit comfortably

  2. Hands should be clasped and all fingers should go into all fingers

  3. The feet should be crossed

  4. The eyes should be closed

  5. Observe the normal natural breath

What happens when we Meditate?

  1. “When we are with the breath-energy, the mind becomes rather empty.

  2. Then, there is a tremendous in-flow of cosmic energy into the physical body.

  3. Gradually, the hitherto dormant third-eye begins to become activated.

  4. And, by and by, cosmic consciousness gets to be experienced.

Music Meditation

Meditation music is created to support and deepen the practice of meditation.

Music has many wonderful benefits for stress management and overall health. It helps us to alleviate stress from our mind and body without making any conscious effort. Music can also uplift our mood, slow down breathing, and thus helps in meditation.

It enhances the overall experience, helping the meditator reach a state of inner silence with greater ease.

For beginners, music meditation is a wonderful tool — it amplifies energy and makes meditation up to three times more powerful.

Pyramid Meditation

Meditation done inside a Pyramid is thrice more powerful
Meditation done inside a pyramid, or underneath a pyramid, is called as Pyramid Meditation.

Many people experience feelings ranging from calmness to extreme euphoria during their meditation sessions inside the pyramids.
Pyramids provide most effective high-energy environments for beginners of meditation.
Pyramids help to reduce the level of stress and tension in the physical body

Most people who practice Pyramid Meditation experience deep relaxation, a quieting of external distractions and thoughts, and an elevated state of consciousness
